Ingredients
3 tbsp tomato juice
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp raw sugar
1/4 tsp ground paprika
1 head lettuce
Method
Combine tomato juice, sour cream, lemon juice, raw sugar, and paprika.
Refrigerate.
Immediately before serving, cut lettuce into eating pieces.
Spoon dressing over individual servings.
