Corn Soy Chowder Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 cups green soy beans

2 cups diced potato

1/2 cup chopped, green onions

2 cups cream style corn

1 cup stewed tomatoes

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp vegetized salt

2 cups milk

 

Method:

  • Cook beans, onions, and potatoes in 1 cup water.

  • When soft add corn, tomatoes, salt, and vegetable oil.

  • When hot enough to boil, turn off heat and add warm; rich milk.

  • Chowder is not ready to savor and enjoy.
