Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 cups   Minced mushrooms

1 cup   Minced celery

1/2 cup   Minced onion

2 tablespoons   Vegetable oil

2 tablespoons   Water

2 tablespoons  Soy flour

2 cups  Water

2 cups   Milk

1/4 cup   Minced parsley

 

Method:

 

  • Steam mushrooms, celery and onions in oil and 2 tablespoons water.

  • Mix flour and water.

  • Turn mushroom, etc into saucepan and add flour and 2 cups water.

  • Turn heat low and cook slowly.

  • Add parsley. Cook and stir 10 minutes then add milk.

  • Reheat but do not boil.

  • Serve promptly.
