5 medium tomatoes
1/2 large ripe avocado
1 cup carrot juice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup celery juice
pinch garlic powder
Mash tomatoes and avocado.
Blender is best.
Now add carrot and celery juice and onion and garlic powders.
Pour into double boiler and heat but do not boil.
Add 2 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley and serve fragrantly hot.
