Mighty Mineral Broth Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 medium potatoes, scrubbed well and sliced in small bits

1 cup parsley, chopped fine

4 green onions, chopped fine

4 celery stalks, leaves and all

2 diced carrots

1 cup chopped chard

 

Method:

  • Simmer all vegetables slowly in water.

  • Season.

  • Serve piping hot.

  • A powerhouse of minerals to nourish the bloodstream.
