Ingredients:
1 cup chopped green onions
3 cups cubed raw potatoes
1 cup fresh green peas
2 cups water
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp celery seed
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups milk or soy milk
Method:

Cook onions, potatoes, celery seed, and
oil together until almost done, in the water.

Then add peas and parsley.

When peas are done, turn off heat.

Add milk.

Stir.

Turn heat to low flame and heat but do
not boil.
