Soak gelatin in water about 5 minutes.

Heat 1 cup orange juice, add gelatin
and stir until dissolved.

Stir in raw sugar and strain.

Add remaining orange juice and lime or
lemon juice.

Chill.

When mixture starts to congeal, beat
with a wire whisk.

Do this several times.

Now cut oranges in halves; scoop out
pulp and chop fine.

Combine with the orange gelatin and add
grape juice.

Before serving, beat thoroughly.

Serve in bouillon cups and garnish with
orange sections and mint sprigs.
