Peanut Butter Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 quart milk

3 tbsp natural peanut butter

1 grated apple

Juice of 1 lemon

pinch of ginger

 

Method:

  • Scald milk and add peanut butter softened with lemon juice.

  • Let stand for 15 minutes in warm place.

  • Now add grated apple.

  • Beat well with wire whish or spoon.

  • Add ginger.

  • Steam lightly and serve as a wonderful, nutty taste that is like real old-fashioned nut soup.
