Ingredients:
1 quart milk
3 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 grated apple
Juice of 1 lemon
pinch of ginger
Method:

Scald milk and add peanut butter
softened with lemon juice.

Let stand for 15 minutes in warm place.

Now add grated apple.

Beat well with wire whish or spoon.

Add ginger.

Steam lightly and serve as a wonderful,
nutty taste that is like real old-fashioned nut soup.
