Ingredients:
3 cups boiled water
1 cup tomato wedges
1 small, diced onion
1/2 cup celery cut in chunks
1 large carrot, cut in chunks
Pinch of basil and marjoram
Put boiled water and all vegetables and herbs in blender.
Mix together until of pulp consistency.
Serve without any cooking.
You may heat slightly if your taste is so inclined but the raw vegetables are brimming in superior taste.
For best results, you'll need a blender for this one.
