Raw Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

 

3 cups boiled water

1 cup tomato wedges

1 small, diced onion

1/2 cup celery cut in chunks

1 large carrot, cut in chunks

Pinch of basil and marjoram

 

Method:

  • Put boiled water and all vegetables and herbs in blender.

  • Mix together until of pulp consistency.

  • Serve without any cooking.

  • You may heat slightly if your taste is so inclined but the raw vegetables are brimming in superior taste.

  • For best results, you'll need a blender for this one.
