Ingredients:
1/2 cup natural, brown rice
2 cups water
1 small onion
1 potato
2 cups milk
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp whole grain flour
Seasoning for taste
Boil rice in water; add onion and potato.
When well done, add milk and bring mixture to a boil.
Beat egg yolk well, mixing it with the flour, and stir it into the boiling soup.
Heat to just the bubbly point and serve.
