Carrot Rice Chops  Recipes

Ingredients

2 cups grated carrots

1 cup cold, cooked, natural brown rice

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tsp grated onion

1 cup soy milk

1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs

3 tbsp vegetable oil

1/2 tsp sage, according to taste

 

Method

  • Mix milk and peanut butter to a smooth paste.

  • Add with other ingredients

  • Bake slowly for 60 minutes in oiled baking dish at 325oF.

  • Before serving, slice into "chops".

  • A "glowing" taste sensation!
