Carrot Roast Recipes

Ingredients

 

1 1/2 cups peanut butter (natural, pure style)

1 cup milk

1 1/2 cups raw, grated carrots

1 cup cooked brown rice

1 egg

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 onion

sprinkle of sage (herb)

vegetized salt

 

Method

  • Mix the milk into the peanut butter.

  • Now combine remaining ingredients.

  • Place in well-oiled baking pan and bake in moderate oven at 350oF until carrots are done.

  • Has a unique "meat roast" flavor.
