Ingredients
1/3 cup chilled, evaporated milk
1/3 cup salad oil
1/2 tsp sea slat
1 tsp raw sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Paprika, optional
Method

Whip the chilled evaporated milk until
stiff.

Gradually add the oil while beating.

Add sea salt, raw sugar, and lemon juice.

The lemon juice will thicken the mixture
to right consistency.

If too thick, add a little more lemon
juice or some cold water.

Finish with a dash of paprika, if
desired.

Store in refrigerator.

Before using, whip up to restore
delectable fluffiness.
