2 cups cheese (soy cheese is best)
1/2 tsp vegetized salt
1 tbsp shredded carrots
2 tbsp soy milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
Turn all ingredients into a skillet and bake at 350oF about 15 minutes.
Turn carefully with wide spatula.
Stir and scramble just as you would eggs.
Gives you rich protein yet is completely eggless for those who do not wish to eat this food.
