Eggless Scramble Recipes

Ingredients

 

2 cups cheese (soy cheese is best)

1/2 tsp vegetized salt

1 tbsp shredded carrots

2 tbsp soy milk

1 tbsp vegetable oil

 

Method

  • Turn all ingredients into a skillet and bake at 350oF about 15 minutes.

  • Turn carefully with wide spatula.

  • Stir and scramble just as you would eggs.

  • Gives you rich protein yet is completely eggless for those who do not wish to eat this food.
