2 cups cooked kidney beans, mashed
1 cup chopped nutmeats
3 eggs, well-beaten
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp celery powder
1/4 cup tomato juice
Method
Combine all ingredients into loaf shape in oiled loaf pan at 350oF, moderate oven, until set.
Gives a genuine "meat" loaf flavor.
