Meatless Meatballs Romano Recipes

Ingredients

 

3/4 cup soy flour

1/2 cup nuts, diced

1 cup whole grain bread crumbs

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup diced cheese

1/2 cup onions

1/2 cup finely chopped parsley

1/2 cup water

vegetized seasoning

 

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together.

  • Shape into meatballs and place in oiled baking dish.

  • Place in pan and let oven bake about 15 minutes at moderate temperature until brown.

  • Remove and pour over tomato sauce to give "meat image" and then bake another 5 minutes.

  • Serve steaming hot.
