1 cup cooked oatmeal
1 medium-small, raw potato
4 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs
enough milk to moisten
Method
Grind nuts and potato.
Add all other ingredients.
Add enough milk to moisten ingredients, then cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
Now form into flat steak shape, broil in a very little oil at 325oF until golden brown.
