Scrambled "Eggs" with Chives  Recipes

Ingredients

 

2 cups  grated, raw carrots

1 cup cooked, natural brown rice

1/2 cup shelled peanuts, chopped fine

1/2 cup bread crumbs

3 tbsp chopped onion

1 cup milk

3 tbsp oil

1/8 tsp sage (herb)

1/4 tsp vegetized salt

 

Method

  • Mix all together.

  • Cover and let stand 30 minutes.

  • Pour into oiled baking dish.

  • Cover and bake at 350oF, about 60 minutes.

  • Slice like meat loaf.
