Soybean Sausage Recipes

Ingredients

 

2 cups mashed, cooked soybeans

1 cup steamed brown rice

1 egg

1 tbsp margarine

2/4 cup any nut butter

vegetized salt

 

Method

  • Form and shape ingredients into sausage shapes; roll in bread crumbs, brushing top with oil.

  • Bake at 350oF about 15 minutes.
