1 cup ground walnuts
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated, raw potato
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup milk
3 tbsp grated onion
1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds
1 tbsp peanut oil
Method
Mix all ingredients well.
Let stand in covered bowl for 30 minutes.
Then bake at 350oF for 60 minutes.
Slice into chops.
Serve with red tomato sauce or tomato juice to give the look of lamb chops.
