Sunflower Chops  Recipes

Ingredients

1 cup ground walnuts

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated, raw potato

1 tsp sea salt

1 cup milk

3 tbsp grated onion

1/2 cup ground sunflower seeds

1 tbsp peanut oil

 

Method

  • Mix all ingredients well.

  • Let stand in covered bowl for 30 minutes.

  • Then bake at 350oF for 60 minutes.

  • Slice into chops.

  • Serve with red tomato sauce or tomato juice to give the look of lamb chops.
