Ingredients
1 cup chopped nutmeats
2 cups chopped, boiled sweet potatoes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp vegetized salt
Method

Mix all ingredients together, using
potatoes while still warm.

Pack mixture into a loaf pan and set in
refrigerator to chill.

When cold, remove easily from mold.

Slice into cutlets.

Dip slices in mixture of egg and crumbs
and brown in the oven.

Serve either plain or with tomato juice
sauce to complete "meat" picture.
