Vegetable Fish Balls Recipes

Ingredients

 

1 cup mashed nutmeats

1 cup thick, cooked oatmeal

1 tsp vegetized salt

1 cup cold mashed potatoes

1 egg

1/2 tsp mace

 

Method

  • Mix together all ingredients and form into fish balls or fish cakes.

  • Dip into beaten egg and bread crumbs and then sauté in deep oil.

  • Serve with any tart sauce.
