Vegetable "Salmon" Salad Recipes

Ingredients

 

2 cups grated carrots

3 hard-cooked eggs

1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs

1/4 tsp vegetized salt

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup finely chopped celery

1/2 tsp onion juice

1/2 cup natural mayonnaise

 

Method

  • Wash and scrape carrots and grate with coarse grater.

  • Chop the hard-cooked eggs and add bread crumbs.

  • Add salt.

  • Add lemon juice and celery.

  • Now add onion juice and mayonnaise.

  • Toss lightly.

  • Serve on lettuce leaves.

  • Has the most unusual "salmon" flavor you ever tasted yet it is "fake fish".
