Vigor-Veg Stew Recipes

Ingredients

 

1 cup whole wheat or soy noodles

1 1/2 cups water

1 1/2 level tbsp arrowroot powder

1/2 tsp celery seed powder

1 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour

3 tbsp natural almond butter

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 cup chopped bell peppers

1 cup cooked green peas

 

Method

  • First cook noodles until tender, then drain.

  • Now, blend and liquefy all the remaining ingredients (except peppers and peas) and pour over noodles in kettle.

  • Heat over medium flame.

  • When sauce thicken, add peppers and peas.

  • Top with toasted bread crumbs and let cook another 5 minutes.

  • Serve piping hot.
