Gourmet-Broiled Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 1/2 lbs (Use whole flat fish, split fish, steak, fillets)

1 tsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp lemon juice or French dressing

 

Method:

  • Preheat broiler.

  • Lightly dust fish with whole grain or soy flour.

  • Brush fish with vegetable oil and broil on well-oiled rack or aluminium foil boats.

  • Fish will cook in 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Do not overcook.

  • Baste fish once or twice during broiling.

  • Use lemon juice or French dressing for basting.
