Ingredients:
1 frying chicken, cut in quarters
14 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp tea salt
1/4 tsp powdered thyme
1/8 tsp paprika
1/2 cup soy flour
1/4 cup peanut oil
Method:

Combine lemon juice and seasoning to
make a marinade.

Pour over chicken; be sure all chicken
parts are in contact with marinade.

Let marinate for 1hour in refrigerator.

Drain chicken and dust with soy flour.

Heat peanut oil in heavy skillet.

Place chicken in this hot peanut oil
and saute until golden brown on all sides.

now place in moderate oven, 350oF about
30 minutes or until tender.
