Sizzling Veal Scaloppini Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 lb veal (steak or cutlets)

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Sea salt and ginger

Whole wheat flour

1 1/2 cups beef or chicken stock

1 clove garlic (optional)

1 tbsp apple juice

 

Method:

  • Have veal cut thin and flattened and cut into 4-inch pieces.

  • Roll veal in flour.

  • Heat oil in skillet; brown veal quickly.

  • Add orange juice.

  • Cover; simmer over low flame about 5 minutes or until meat is tender.

  • Sprinkle with sea salt.

  • Serve very hot with lemon slices.
