Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups codfish
1 small grapefruit
2 tbsp grapefruit juice
2 tbsp corn oil
1/2 tsp vegetized salt
paprika
1 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
Method:

Place fish in a shallow baking dish.

Section grapefruit; drain well, saving
2 tablespoons juice.

Pour grapefruit juice and corn oil over
fish.

Sprinkle with vegetized salt and
paprika.

Bake in a moderate oven 375oF for 30
minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting
occasionally.

Sprinkle grapefruit sections with
paprika and arrange on top of fish; sprinkle with chopped parsley and
bake 10 minutes longer.
