Ingredients:
2 cups water
4 onion slices
1 carrot
2 sprigs parsley
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 lbs fillet of flounder
1 tbsp sunflower seed oil
4 tsp flour
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp horseradish, drained
Method:

Combine water, onion, carrot, parsley,
and bay leaf; simmer 10 minutes.

Roll fillets and drop into stick,

Simmer 10-12 minutes or until fish
turns white and flakes easily.

Remove from liquid; reserve 1 cup
stock.

Add additional water if desired.

Stir sunflower seed oil in flour until
well blended.

Gradually add reserved fish stock,
stirring constantly.

Simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is of
sauce consistency.

Remove from heat and stir in
horseradish.

Serve with fish.
