Ingredients:
2 egg whites
3/4 cup honey
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp maple syrup
Method:

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.

Gradually add honey, until stiff peaks
form.

Fold in chopped walnuts and maple
flavoring.

Drop from teaspoon 2 inches apart on
baking sheets covered with plain paper.

Bake in slow oven (325oF) about 20
minutes.

Cool; remover from paper.
