Ingredients:
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp raw brown sugar
2 cups skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
nutmeg
Method:

Combine beaten eggs with raw brown
sugar; slowly add skim milk and vanilla until thoroughly blended.

Pour mixture into custard cups; top
with nutmeg sprinkling.

Bake in pan of hot water in moderate
oven (325oF) about 55 minutes or until mixture does not
stick to knife.
