Ingredients:
1 tbsp gelatin
1/4 cup water
2 tsp honey
1 cup fruit slices, chopped
Juice of 2 lemons
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 cup orange juice
Method:

Soften gelatin in water about 5
minutes; dissolve over hot water.

Stir honey into fruit slices.

Now add gelatin, lemon juice, and
orange juice and combine everything together, except egg whites.

Freeze in refrigerator tray until
mushy.

Remove to bowl, beat hard for several
seconds.

Add stiffly beaten egg whites.
-
Again beat hard about 5 seconds, return
to tray and freeze.
