Ingredients:
3 eggs, separated
2 cups skim milk
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp rose hips powder
Method:

Combine egg yolks, skim milk, gelatin,
rose hips powder.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly
until mixture thickens and coats the spoon.

Whip egg white until stiff and fold
into hot mixture.

Pour into custard cups.

Chill until firm.

Serve in parfait glasses and get ready
