Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup berry juice
1/2 tsp honey
Method:

Scald milk.

Beat together eggs, berry juice, honey.

Slowly add milk to egg mixture.

Pour into oiled custard cups.

Place in pan of hot water and bake in
moderate oven 300oF about 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean

Chill before serving.
