Gourmet Calorie Saver Milk Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1/4 cup powdered skim milk

1 cup seasonal berry juice

 

Method:

  • Place powdered instant milk into the blender.

  • Pour seasonal berry juice over powdered milk.

  • Blend at high speed for 2 minutes.

  • Serve in tall glasses.

  • A super shake without those "super calories".
