Gourmet French Toast Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 eggs

1 tbsp cold water

4 slices whole wheat bread

 

Method:

  • Soak bread in well-beaten eggs and water.

  • Heat skillet.

  • Add soaked bread and brown on both sides.

  • (This dry method of preparing French toast save oodles of calories over the butter-fried method.)
