Low-Calorie "Hot Chocolate" Recipe

Ingredients:

 

3/4 cup hot water

2 tbsp rose hips powder

2 tbsp carob powder

1 tbsp nonfat, dry skim, milk

3 cups scalded skim milk (hot)

 

Method:

  • Blend together all ingredients (except skim milk) in electric blender at high speed until smooth.

  • Turn blender to low speed.

  • Slowly add hot skim milk.

  • Serve promptly.

  • May be kept hot in top of double boiler.
