3/4 cup hot water
2 tbsp rose hips powder
2 tbsp carob powder
1 tbsp nonfat, dry skim, milk
3 cups scalded skim milk (hot)
Blend together all ingredients (except skim milk) in electric blender at high speed until smooth.
Turn blender to low speed.
Slowly add hot skim milk.
Serve promptly.
May be kept hot in top of double boiler.
