Low-Calorie Pancake Syrup Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 cup seasonal berry juice

1 cup water

1 tbsp arrowroot powder

1 tbsp margarine

 

Method:

  • Combine berry juice with the water.

  • Blend in the arrowroot powder.

  • Stir until the mixture comes to a boil and add margarine.

  • Serve with French toast, pancakes or waffles.
