Nut-Flavored Acorn Squash Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 medium-sized squash

cinnamon

water

1 tsp rose hips

 

Method:

  • Cut squash in half, remove seeds.

  • Sprinkle each half with cinnamon and rose hips.

  • Place in shallow baking dish.

  • Cover bottom of dish with water.

  • Cover and bake 30 minutes or until tender.
