1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 cups skim milk, scalded
2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp raisins
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Soak bread cubes in scalded milk about 5 minutes; add honey, cinnamon, and raisins.
Pour bread mixture slowly over beaten eggs; add vanilla and blend well.
Put into oiled baking dish.
Bake in slow oven (325oF) about 50 minutes until firm.
