Reducer's Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients:

 

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1 1/2 cups skim milk, scalded

2 tsp honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp raisins

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 tsp vanilla

 

Method:

  • Soak bread cubes in scalded milk about 5 minutes; add honey, cinnamon, and raisins.

  • Pour bread mixture slowly over beaten eggs; add vanilla and blend well.

  • Put into oiled baking dish.

  • Bake in slow oven (325oF) about 50 minutes until firm.
