Rich, Nonfattening Fish fillets with Apples Recipe

Ingredients:

 

4 apples

1 tsp orange juice

4 tbsp water

1/8 tsp sea salt

2 lbs fillet of flounder

Method:

  • Slice apple 1/4 inch thick.

  • Place in shallow baking pan.

  • Mix together water, orange juice, and sea salt.

  • Pour over slices.

  • Bake 30 minutes at 300oF.

  • Place fish fillets over apples.

  • Cover.

  • Bake 15 minutes.

  • Uncover, turn fish, sprinkle with desired sea salt.

  • Place directly under broiler flame until nicely browned.
