Ingredients:
2 tsp unflavored gelatin
2 tsp cold skim milk
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup berry juice
1 cup nonfat dry milk
1 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method:

Sprinkle gelatin over the 2 tablespoons
of cold milk to soften.

Heat the 1 cup of skim milk, but do not
let boil.

Add berry juice.

Stir in gelatin.

Cool and refrigerate until thoroughly
chilled.

Combine dry skim milk with water and
lemon juice.

Whip until stiff.

(Use rotary beater, electric mixer, or
blender. Takes from 8 to 10 minutes but it's worth the time because
it creates a superlative low-calorie can sugar-free ice cream that is
rich and good and slimming.)

Fold into first mixture, pour into
refrigerator trays and freeze until firm.
