Apple-Peanut Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 apples, diced

2 oranges, wedges only

1/4 cup chopped peanuts

2 tbsp minced onion

2 cups shredded cabbage

1/4 cup French dressing

 

Method:

  • Combine everything in a large bowl and toss together.

  • When thoroughly blended, serve with whole wheat bread slices.

  • A heavenly meatless treat and it's completely uncooked and brimming with blood-building minerals and skin-nourishing vitamins.
