2 apples, diced
2 oranges, wedges only
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
2 tbsp minced onion
2 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup French dressing
Combine everything in a large bowl and toss together.
When thoroughly blended, serve with whole wheat bread slices.
