Cookless Cabbage Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:

 

3 cups diced celery

1 cup raw cabbage, diced

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup mayonnaise

 

Method:

  • Mince celery and cabbage very fine.

  • Let marinate (this is a form of natural and unfired cookery) in the lemon juice about 15 minutes.

  • Drain off juice, add mayonnaise.

  • Shape into a loaf, slice, and serve.
