3 cups diced celery
1 cup raw cabbage, diced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Mince celery and cabbage very fine.
Let marinate (this is a form of natural and unfired cookery) in the lemon juice about 15 minutes.
Drain off juice, add mayonnaise.
Shape into a loaf, slice, and serve.
