Ingredients:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup citron
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup rose hips powder
1 cup soy cream
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Method:

Make cracker crumbs as fine as
possible.

Cover raisins with water and let stand.

Cut citron and nuts in small pieces.

Stir rose hips powder and soy cream
together until smooth.

Drain raisins and add to cracker
crumbs.

Add citron, nuts, spices, rose hips,
and soy cream.

Mix thoroughly.

Line a baking dish with waxed paper and
into it pour the mixture.

Place into refrigerator.

Serve in slices.
