Guacamole "Steak" Recipe

Ingredients:

 

2 ripe avocados

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp grated onion

1 cup soy bean cheese

2 tbsp mayonnaise

6 olives

 

Method:

  • Cut avocados fine.

  • Dice cheese and olives and mix with all other ingredients.

  • Mix in bowl that has been rubbed with clove of garlic.

  • Serve on lettuce with tomatoes.

  • This has a "steak" taste to thrill those meat lovers who want to on a health-building, raw food program.
