1 cup slightly cooked sprouts
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 diced cucumber
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup cooked, chilled peas
Toss all together.
Pour very liquid French dressing to create a "juice" and serve at room temperature.
A raw "stew" without any meat but tastes even better than average stew meat.
