Mock "Chicken" Fabulous Recipe

Ingredients:

 

4 large tomatoes

Lettuce leaves

Proteena, diced 1 cup (sold at health food stores)

1 cup finely diced celery

1 tbsp diced onion

1 tbsp lemon juice

6 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp cream

1/4 tsp paprika

3 hard-cooked eggs

 

Method:

  • Scoop out tops of tomatoes.

  • Place hollowed tomatoes on lettuce leaves.

  • Combine all other ingredients and fill tomatoes.

  • Sprinkle with sieved egg.

  • Has a real "chicken" flavor but is raw food and entirely without meat.
