Nature-Cooked Green Pepper-Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

 

4 large, ripe tomatoes

4 celery stalks, cut fine

4 parsley stalks

1 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp finely chopped, sweet green peppers

 

Method:

  • Liquefy tomatoes.

  • Add celery, parsley, peanut butter, and green peppers.

  • Blend together and serve at room temperature.

  • These vegetables are brimming in natural vitamins and minerals and are "cooked" by Nature in the growth process.

  • They combine together to provide a powerhouse of nutrition in the natural, raw state.
