Ingredients:
1 lb figs
1 lb dates
1 lb seeded raisins
1 lb apricots
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 lb nutmegs
3 tbsp orange juice
3 tbsp honey
Method:

Grind fruits and nuts through a good
fine grinder.

Add orange juice and honey.

Mix well.

Now line a pan with wax paper.

Pack fruit mixture well.

Smooth out on top.

Let stand about 4 hours.

Cut into squares for old-fashioned and
uncooked fruit candy, brimming with blood-building minerals.
